Key Responsibilities
- Support the Legal Department with ongoing initiatives, process improvements, and other ad hoc projects.
- Assist the Sales team in preparing requests for proposals (RFPs) and other solicitation materials for Ezee Fiber services.
- Review, draft, and support negotiations of a broad range of agreements and regulatory filings.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of legal deliverables.
- Participate in Legal Department meetings and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Gain hands-on experience in contract drafting, negotiation support, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop a practical understanding of legal and business frameworks that support telecommunications operations.
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills in a high-growth technology company.
- Receive mentorship and professional feedback from experienced in-house counsel.
- Actively enrolled in law school (2L or 3L preferred) with a GPA of 3.0 or above, demonstrating strong academic performance.
- Strong legal reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and Salesforce.
- Demonstrates initiative, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining professional ethics and integrity.
