Role Description The Assistant Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abilene, TX. The Assistant Store Manager helps oversees daily store operations, including managing staff schedules, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role leads and coaches Team Members to deliver an outstanding customer experience, manage pawn lending activities, and support merchandise sales. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for meeting financial and performance goals, implementing loss prevention practices, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment. The role also involves training and developing team members, handling escalated customer concerns, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
