This position is based at our corporate office on the northeast side of Indianapolis, just off I-465 and Shadeland.

What You'll Do
- Handle inbound customer inquiries by phone and email with professionalism, accuracy, and a genuine desire to help
- Enter and manage reservations in our CRM efficiently and with a high standard of accuracy
- Review upcoming arrivals for accuracy — confirming deposits, rates, and active status on booked reservations
- Monitor resort and inventory availability, tracking open and closed dates to maximize occupancy without overselling
- Grow revenue by offering additional nights, room and package upgrades, attraction tickets, car rentals, and companion rooms
- Coordinate with resort partners and internal departments to resolve member issues start to finish
- Complete special projects and requests within required timeframes
- Operate in full compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months of sales or customer service experience (call center or hospitality preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in multiple systems at once in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficient
- Outgoing personality and a real service mindset
