Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Title Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing real estate files from opening to closing while ensuring all title work is accurate, compliant, and completed on time.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with lenders, realtors, buyers, and sellers
- Schedule and confirm closings
- Balance files and verify all financials prior to closing
- Ensure compliance with Michigan regulations and underwriting guidelines
Qualifications
- 5 years of title processing or real estate closing experience
- Strong understanding of title insurance and escrow procedures
- Michigan title experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple files in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with title software (Qulia) preferred
