Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Food Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Food Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering food orders from local restaurants to customers in a timely and friendly manner. You will ensure the safe and accurate delivery of orders, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up food orders from designated restaurants and deliver them to customers' specified addresses.
• Ensure food orders are correctly packed and delivered in good condition.
• Follow all traffic laws and safe driving practices to ensure timely deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being polite, friendly, and professional.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery status and estimated arrival times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your vehicle.
• Report any delivery issues or vehicle maintenance needs to management.
• Handle cash and process electronic payments when necessary.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure safe food delivery.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (car, scooter, or bike, depending on company requirements).
• Ability to navigate using GPS and local roads.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality.
• Previous delivery or driving experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift and carry food bags and other related items as necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per day
