We are seeking a Resident Manager for our Monroeville, PA location to manage the facility while living in a modern, company-provided 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with a state-of-the-art kitchen
attached to the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive leasing performance and maximize property revenue.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective tenants.
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, cleanliness, security, and organization.
- Meet monthly leasing and occupancy goals.
- Answer phone, internet, and email inquiries.
- Schedule and conduct onsite property tours.
- Clean and maintain the office and facility.
- Schedule and coordinate outside vendors.
- Prepare monthly reports for ownership.
- Monitor rent collections and follow up on delinquent accounts.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally.
- Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in hotel, restaurant, hospitality, property management, or leasing.
- Proven sales and customer service experience.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Office hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
