We are currently looking for a welder who will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Functional Accountabilities:

Welding

• Set up and operate welding equipment and related fabrication tools.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other materials as required.
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components prior to welding.
• Inspect welds and finished products to ensure compliance with company quality standards and specifications.
• Perform grinding, polishing, and finishing operations as needed. Reading & Interpreting Instructions
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on welding equipment.

Productivity & Efficiency

• Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Minimize rework and material waste through accurate welding practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow and output.

Position Requirements:

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment.

Knowledge & Skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency with measuring instruments, including tape measures, calipers, and squares.
• Strong understanding of welding procedures, metallurgy, and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Working Conditions:

• Production floor environment with machinery and noise
• Standing for extended periods
• Repetitive movements including lifting, bending, and reaching
• Ability to lift to approximately 50 lbs.
• PPE required
