Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate and support manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality parts safely and efficiently while meeting production schedules and supporting overall shop performance.
Functional Accountabilities:
Machine Operation
- Operate turret punch machines, press brakes, and related fabrication equipment.
- Follow production schedules and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain consistent production output and quality standards.
Machine Setup & Adjustment
- Perform basic machine setup, tooling changes, and adjustments.
- Verify setup accuracy prior to production runs.
Quality Inspection & Control
- Inspect parts during production to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify and report defects or inconsistencies.
- Support first-piece inspection and production quality checks.
Basic Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform routine operator-level maintenance and cleaning.
- Identify and report equipment issues early to prevent downtime.
- Support maintenance teams during troubleshooting when required.
Safety Compliance
- Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating standards.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Participate in safety training and reporting processes.
Production Team Support
- Support production flow and team objectives.
- Assist with material handling or production support tasks as needed.

Position Requirements:
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures
