Inventory & Receiving

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Inventory & Receiving Technician to join our team.

To ensure accurate and timely receiving, inspection, and storage of materials to support production flow, maintain inventory accuracy, and support overall supply chain reliability. This role also supports assembly operations as needed to maintain production flow and meet customer delivery commitments.

Functional Accountabilities:

Receiving & Shipment Processing

· Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.

· Ensure materials are properly documented and received into the ERP system.

· Identify and escalate shipment discrepancies or damage.

Inventory & Storage Management

· Store materials in designated warehouses or production locations.

· Ensure materials are labeled, traceable, and accessible.

· Support inventory organization and space utilization.

Quality & Damage Inspection

· Identify damaged or defective materials during receiving.

· Coordinate returns, replacement, or supplier notification as required.

Inventory System & Documentation Accuracy

· Maintain accurate receiving and inventory records.

· Support cycle counts and inventory verification processes.

· Support traceability and inventory audit readiness.

Cross-Functional Material Flow Support

· Coordinate with purchasing, production, and shipping teams to ensure smooth material flow.

· Communicate material availability or receiving issues proactively.

Warehouse Organization & Safety

· Maintain clean, organized receiving and storage areas.

· Follow all safety procedures and material handling guidelines.

Production & Assembly Support

· Support assembly operations as needed based on production demand.

· Assist with basic assembly, material staging, and production support tasks.

· Maintain quality and safety standards while supporting production teams.

Position Requirements:

· 1–3 years warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferred

· Experience working in manufacturing or distribution environment preferred

· Experience with ERP or inventory management systems preferred

· Forklift certification or willingness to obtain preferred

· Ability to lift and move materials as required

This position requires prior warehouse experience for this role.
