Skills
- Proven experience in massage therapy with a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology principles
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients
- Proficiency in various massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to patient assessment and pain management
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction and retention
- Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist
- Prior experience working in med spas or healthcare settings is preferred but not mandatory
