Compensation:
• 100% commission-based role with 20–40% commissions depending on performance and commitment.
• Average full-time agents earn around $120,000/year.
• Lower 10% make about $45,000/year, while the top 10% make $250,000 annually.
• Average commission per sale starts at $400 , with weekly earnings typically ranging from $800 to $6,000 (2–4 conversions).
