Operations Management
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and delivery targets
- Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and equipment utilization
- Ensure production schedules are executed efficiently and on time
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions
Employee Supervision
- Directly supervise production staff, including assigning work and monitoring performance
- Train, coach, and develop employees to improve performance and skill levels
- Address employee relations matters in coordination with Human Resources
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and attendance standards
Quality Assurance
- Ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications
- Identify and address quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective action
- Work closely with quality personnel to maintain compliance with internal standards
Safety Compliance
- Promote and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all applicable OSHA and company safety standards
- Conduct regular safety checks and address hazards promptly
Continuous Improvement
- Support lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve productivity and reduce waste
Reporting and Communication
