Job Summary
The Game Room Attendant plays a vital role in creating a fun and engaging environment for guests of all ages. Duties

• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the game room area.
• Assist guests with game equipment and provide instructions on how to play.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Organize and manage events within the game room, including tournaments or themed nights.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and offering assistance as needed.
