Lawn Care Professional
Now Hiring! EZ LAWN CARE is hiring reliable, high-effiency team members to join our growing team. This is a full-time position running from April to November, with part-time opportunities available from December to March. After training, this role transitions into a solo route position for the right candidate. We offer great pay and benefits based on performance, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles.
Position Duties:
Spring and Summer
- Operate Zero Turn mowers, trimmers, backpack blowers as the primary responsibility
- Perform mulching and hedge trimming as needed
- Complete lawn and landscape maintenance tasks efficiently and safely
Fall
- Operate Leaf cleanup equipment
- Assist with seasonal property cleanups
Winter
- Opportunities for plowing, salting, and shoveling
Year-Round Responsibilities
- Perform basic equipment maintenance
- Safely load and equip trucks and trailers
- Represent EZ LAWN CARE professionally on job sites
Full-Time Benefits:
- Pay: $20-35 per hour (Performance Based Pay)
- Top performers typically earn $28-$35

- Flexible 40 hr work schedule: 8 hours Monday-Friday, 10 hours Monday-Thursday, or Monday-Thursday 9 hours, 4 hours on Friday
- Saturday and Sunday Off
Experience:
- Mowing experience preferred, but not required
- Zero turn experience preferred
Requirements:
- Have a valid driver's license
- Able to lift 50 Ib
- Reliable transportation to Sussex, WI
