Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and handle general inquiries
- Accept and process client payments with professionalism and accuracy
- Assist with loan servicing tasks (payment follow-ups, insurance updates, borrower communication)
- Post and manage daily sales lists
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Create and manage Excel reports
- Order office supplies and coordinate daily team lunches
- Organize files and maintain office systems
- Support overall office operations and assist team members as needed
- Manage tasks independently and stay on top of priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Previous administrative or office assistant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Notary Public certification
- Real estate or mortgage lending experience
- Data entry experience (1 year)
- Microsoft Excel experience (2 years)
