Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process customer returns accurately and efficiently
- Record inspection findings and enter return details into the company management system
- Clean, organize, re-box, and relabel returned products as needed
- Receive inventory using barcode scanners and warehouse systems
- Accurately restock inventory to designated warehouse locations
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment
- Perform product quality checks and inspections
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Perform basic computer tasks and data entry with accuracy
- Learn and adapt quickly to warehouse software and operational procedures
