Role Description: Territory Sales Manager- Smart Automation Solutions

Base Salary: $60,000 Commission (Up to 3%)

What You’ll Do

Identify and engage potential customers in medical devices manufacturing, precision manufacturing, and agriculture industries

Educate clients on our advanced inspection systems and how they optimize QA processes

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Technical Background – Degree or experience in engineering, automation, robotics, or a related field

✔️ Sales Experience – OR a strong interest in transitioning into sales

✔️ Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a way that resonates with customers
