Ez As Pie Moving is a growing moving company established in 2024.

We're looking for a motivated, competitive salesperson who loves closing deals, helping customers, and earning commissions.

We're building a high-performing sales team and want someone who is excited to grow with us.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming sales calls and help customers book their moves.
• Provide accurate moving estimates.
• Conduct virtual and occasional in-person consultations.
• Follow up with customers and close deals.
• Meet monthly sales goals.
• Keep customer information updated in our CRM.
• Help improve our sales process as the company grows.

What We're Looking For

• Proven history of closing sales — REQUIRED.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Competitive, motivated, and results-driven.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company.
• Willing to learn, adjust, and take feedback.
• Organized and comfortable with technology.
• Moving-industry or home-service sales experience preferred.

Compensation

• First 4 weeks: $650–$850 per week guaranteed training pay.
• After training: Performance-based commission of 5%–8%, subject to applicable wage and overtime requirements.
• Uncapped commission opportunities.
• Additional sales bonuses and SPIF incentives.
• High-performance production target of $100,000 in monthly moving sales.

Actual earnings depend on sales performance, available opportunities, and company commission policies. Commission terms will be provided in writing.

Schedule & Location

• Full-time, based in our Greer, SC office.
• Hybrid opportunities available after training and proven performance.
• Rotating weekends, including some scheduled Sunday half-day coverage.
• Most moving consultations are virtual.
• Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle provided for approved in-person estimates.
