Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Automotive Accessories Manufacturing & Sales
Position Overview:
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide hands-on leadership for a growing business that designs and distributes Jeep, pickup truck, and Bronco accessories. This role requires a sales-driven leader with strong manufacturing and logistics expertise who can oversee production in China, manage on-site warehouse operations in the U.S., and drive growth through sales channels and distributor relationships. The CEO will be directly responsible for overall business performance, from supply chain to sales, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and continued market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall company strategy with a strong focus on sales growth and market expansion.
- Oversee day-to-day operations including manufacturing in China, international logistics, and U.S. warehouse facility management.
- Build and maintain distributor, dealer, and retail relationships to grow sales channels.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand product lines and capture new markets in the automotive accessories industry.
- Ensure product quality, timely delivery, and compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships for cost efficiency and reliability.
- Oversee financial management including P&L responsibility, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Lead and motivate a small but dedicated team, fostering accountability and performance.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and with key partners and clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, or automotive aftermarket industries.
- Strong sales and business development background with measurable success in revenue growth.
- Knowledge of international manufacturing and logistics (experience with China operations strongly preferred).
- Hands-on experience managing warehouse operations, fulfillment, and inventory control.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and profitability.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a balance of strategic vision and operational execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
