This internship offers a rare opportunity to experience every side of building an e-commerce fashion brand from content creation and marketing strategy to operational excellence. You’ll work closely with the founder and gain hands-on exposure across marketing, operations, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
• Support day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflows across functions.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor sales, inventory, and partnership performance.
• Assist in refining workflows and suggest optimizations for daily operations.
Marketing & Content Creation
• Ideate, create, and schedule marketing materials for social media ads, email campaigns, and digital channels.
• Contribute to content creation for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms—from concept to execution.
• Monitor social media analytics and campaign performance to recommend improvements.
Partnership & Business Development
• Research and reach out to potential collaborators, brand partners, and influencers.
• Help prepare pitch materials, reports, and proposals for partnerships and campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
• A self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Creative flair with a sharp eye for design and aesthetics (experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools is a plus).
• Analytical and comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking and dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passionate about fashion, social media trends, and startup culture.
• Prior internship or project experience in marketing, operations, or fashion is a plus but not required.
