• Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and guide them through solutions effectively
• Manage data entry tasks efficiently to update customer records and support documentation
• Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new offerings
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues quickly and providing appropriate solutions or escalating when necessary
• Maintain organized records of interactions, transactions, and feedback to improve service quality

Skills

• Multilingual abilities with fluency in English and at least one other language preferred; excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms
• Proven experience in customer support or call center roles with strong phone communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills for data entry and troubleshooting
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions
• Knowledge of sales techniques and client services strategies to enhance customer engagement
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns, cash handling (if applicable), and analysis skills for reporting purposes
