Job Summary
We are looking for a Human Resource Coordinator to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. What is an HR coordinator? This means that your duties will involve managing activities such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, certifications, and compliance. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Facilitate the recruitment process including job postings, interview appointments, and onboarding
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Manage benefits negotiation, enrollment, leave administration, and workers’ compensation coordination
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates.
- Coordinate training as necessary
- Serve on the Safety Committee and keep logs of Safety training and continuing education
- Ensure legal compliance and reporting for all business related government agencies

- Proven working experience as HR coordinator or with other HR duties
- People oriented and results driven
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
