Due to continued success and expansion, we have a need for a Concrete Foreman.
This position requires the following skill set:
- Considerable knowledge of the standard methods, materials, tools and equipment used in concrete construction and maintenance.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Coordinate crew, materials, and equipment in an efficient manner to meet daily and project deadlines.
- Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to the work.
- Ability to understand and oral and written instructions
- Ability to interpret blueprints and make simple calculations in order to read survey stakes and calculate areas and volumes.
- Ability to instruct and direct the work of Laborers.
Additionally, this position requires a flexible schedule as much of this work is done overnights and weekends while customer contact is less frequent.
