What you’ll do
- Diagnose and repair household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and more.
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
- Provide outstanding customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their appliance needs.
- Utilize your field service experience to perform repairs efficiently on-site or in the shop.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
Basic qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair.
- Proficient in reading schematics and technical documents related to appliance functionality.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience as a service technician or in field service roles.
- Customer service experience that demonstrates your ability to engage positively with clients.
