They are seeking a full-time Optician with a proven track record in optical sales to join their outstanding team in San Jose, CA.Job Description:Provide exceptional customer service and eyewear sales support to patients in a fast-paced, multi-doctor practiceAccurately quote and process VSP and Eyemed insurance (VSP and Eyemed experience is a must)Guide patients through frame and lens selection, offering expert recommendations based on their needs and preferencesEnsure precise fitting and adjustments of eyewearMaintain organized records and assist with inventory managementCollaborate with doctors and staff to deliver a seamless patient experienceSchedule: Full-time, 4 days per week, alternating schedule for weekend coverageOffice Hours: Mon-Fri 10 am7 pm, Sat 9 am7 pm, Sun 11 am6 pmCompensation: $20$35 per hour, depending on experience, plus commissionsBenefits:Medical Insurance, 401(k)If youre ready to take the next step in your optical career with a respected practice that values its team, apply today!
