We offer eye care for the entire family, including exams and treatment for Dry Eye Relief, Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration, and Diabetes. We also offer Refractive Cataract and Standard Cataract surgery at our in-house ambulatory surgery center. In addition, we also offer other refractive correction procedures including LASIK and PRK.

- Perform patient intake for laser procedures (VS, review medical history, start drop regimen)
- Assist Doctor with laser procedures
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
- Create and update patient charts and records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
- Maintain trusting relationships with the doctor, patients, and colleagues.
- Perform receptionist and front office duties to provide relief when needed.
- Clean the exam room and OR bays, such as disinfecting the surgical tools, changing the linen, wiping down equipment, etc.
- Cleaning and disinfecting communal areas such as the waiting room and break room
- Monitor supply levels and handle shortages.
- CMA Certification (Required)
- CCMA Certification (Preferred)
- Minimum 2 years back-office medical experience
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Current BLS for Healthcare Provide certification
