Required
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree and current Washington state license
- Strong communication and genuine care for patient relationships
- Desire to grow and learn continuously
- A collaborative, Concierge, team-first mindset
- Interest in myopia management, dry eye, or specialty contact lenses
- Experience in specialty practices or willingness to develop new skills
- Curiosity about advancing eye care
Salary
$140,000 to $180,000 base salary (commensurate with experience and background)
