About the Role:
We’re hiring experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to patients in their homes. This is a per-visit position with flexible scheduling. Ideal candidates will have experience in wound care, wound vac, catheters, and IV medications.
You’ll receive 1–2 weeks of EMR and field training to get comfortable with our systems and workflows.
Scheduling Requirements:
This is a PRN, per-visit position with flexible scheduling. Candidates must be available for occasional weekend visits, based on patient care needs and census.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct patient care in the home setting
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
- Perform wound care, including wound vacs
- Document all care in our electronic health record system
- Conduct patient assessments and report changes in condition
- Educate patients and family members on care and health management
Qualifications:
- Active LVN license (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- CPR Certification (Required)
- Diploma or transcript from an accredited nursing program
- Must be willing to travel within a 40-mile radius from home
Compensation:
$50.00 per visit
5% Gas Compensation
