EyePoint US, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer.
Work location: 480 Pleasant Street, Suite A-210, Watertown, MA 02472
Job Duties: Lead complex process sustaining projects and improve drug products, device, and packaging related projects at the Watertown, MA manufacturing facility. Apply process improvements, equipment design, layout plans, equipment testing, data analysis and report writing to resolve issues and improve manufacturing efficiencies. Effectively collaborate with internal R&D, Quality, Regulatory and Manufacturing departments and with external vendors and suppliers to deliver crucial equipment according to project timelines. Supervise one Process Engineer I. May work remotely on occasion on specific days with prior supervisor approval. Salary: $142,000 to $180,250 per year.
Minimum Requirements: Requires Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, plus 5 years of related experience in the medical device and/or pharmaceuticals industry. The 5 years of experience must include: 4 years’ experience improving manufacturing processes; and 2 years’ experience using AutoCAD and/or SOLIDWORKS to design fixtures supporting manufacturing. Alternatively, will also accept a Master’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, plus 2 years of related experience in the medical device and/or pharmaceuticals industry. The 2 years of experience must include: 2 years’ experience improving manufacturing processes; and 1 year of experience using AutoCAD and/or SOLIDWORKS to design fixtures supporting manufacturing.
