We’re looking for a kind, reliable, and people-focused team member to join our growing practice. This role is cross-trained — you’ll help with optical sales, reception, and pre-testing — and we’re happy to train the right fast learner.
What You’ll Do
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
- Help patients choose frames and lenses
- Assist with pre-testing and patient flow
- Answer phones, check patients in/out, and keep things organized
Who We’re Looking For
- Dependable and on time
- Friendly, respectful, and comfortable talking to people
- Open to sales and guiding patients through frame choices
- Quick learner
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) — REQUIRED
- Optical or customer service experience is a plus
