We are looking for a friendly, motivated Full-Time Associate Optometrist to join our established and growing practice in the Tampa/USF area.
Our office is located in a retail center near the University of South Florida and major healthcare facilities. We have steady patient flow, an experienced support team, and well-equipped exam lanes—allowing our doctors to focus on providing excellent patient care.
This is an excellent opportunity for an OD looking for a stable, long-term full-time position in a busy practice with an established patient base.

About the Practice
Our doctors provide comprehensive primary eye care with an emphasis on creating an efficient, comfortable, and positive experience for every patient.
Clinical responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive eye examinations
- Contact lens evaluations and fittings
- Diagnosis and management of ocular conditions within the scope of optometric practice
- Patient education and preventative eye care
- Coordination of care and referrals when appropriate
Our support staff assists with patient flow and testing so the doctor can remain focused on clinical care and the patient experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Active or eligible Florida optometry license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong commitment to patient care
- Dependable and comfortable working in a busy practice
- New graduates and experienced ODs are both encouraged to apply

The practice is conveniently located on E. Fowler Avenue near the University of South Florida, in one of the busiest medical and commercial areas of Tampa. The surrounding area includes major hospitals and healthcare facilities as well as numerous restaurants, shopping options, and easy access to the greater Tampa Bay area.
