What are the responsibilities and job description for the Optometric Assistant/Optician position at Eyecare Centre?
Primarily a position in the optical department. Duties include assisting patients with frame selection, educating patients on lens options, frame adjustments and repair, frame inventory, ordering, dispensing glasses and clerical duties. Some cross training into the front desk area including phone, patient scheduling, patient check in and check out / collecting for services and materials.
