ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Duties & Responsibilities
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol beverage control policies.
- Extensive knowledge of the food, drink, and specials menus.
- Accurately take, ring in, and serve orders to the customers' specifications.
- Able to use the POS systems with efficiency.
- Monitor guests throughout their visit, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services.
- Conduct all monetary transactions with attention to detail.
- Handle, store, date, and rotate all products properly.
- Promptly report equipment and food quality issues to a manager.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all persons in the restaurant.
- Complete all opening, closing, and side duties.
- Work as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect.

Qualifications

- Stand for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks.
- Work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions.
- Lift and carry 30 lbs.
- Have good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
- Bend, reach, stoop, move quickly, and wipe frequently.
- Work in close proximity to coworkers in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage time and accomplish tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverage terminology.
