Eye Physicians of Northampton, a leading private ophthalmology practice with locations in Northampton and Amherst, MA, is seeking friendly, energetic, and compassionate person to join our growing team. We are a patient-centered, medical-surgical, and comprehensive eye care practice committed to delivering the highest level of vision care to our community. Our team includes experienced Ophthalmologists and Optometrists specializing in general eye care, surgery, and the management of complex eye conditions.

What We’re Looking For:
~We’re hiring a team-oriented individual
~A positive, professional, and energetic attitude
~Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
~Experience with Electronic Health Systems preferred, but NOT required
~Ophthalmic or optometric experience preferred, but NOT required
~A strong desire to learn and grow in the field
~Stable work history and a passion for patient care
Key Responsibilities:
~Collect patient history and perform diagnostic eye tests
~Document findings and maintain accurate medical records
~Perform visual acuity, intraocular pressure, and other tests
~Triage urgent/emergent calls and provide phone support
~Ensure a seamless and positive patient experience
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
