Sales & Photography Associate – Eye Origin

At Eye Origin, we transform a person’s iris into a stunning piece of artwork using specialized macro photography.

We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and ambitious individuals to join our team at Riverwalk Outlets in New Orleans.

This is not a typical retail job.

Every day you will meet people from around the world, photograph their eyes, reveal the incredible details hidden within their iris, and help them create a one-of-a-kind piece of art they will keep forever.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers and introduce them to the Eye Origin experience
• Photograph customers’ eyes using our professional macro photography equipment
• Explain our products and artwork options
• Generate sales while providing an exceptional customer experience
• Collaborate with our national team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Maintain a professional and welcoming work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
• Comfortable approaching and interacting with strangers
• Sales experience
• Photography experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable and professional
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Available to work weekends and holidays when needed

Commission Structure

In addition to the hourly base pay, team members are eligible for daily individual commission based on their personal sales performance during their shift:

• $0–$799 in daily sales: 4% commission
• $800–$1,499 in daily sales: 7% commission on total daily sales
• $1,500–$2,499 in daily sales: 10% commission on total daily sales
• $2,500 in daily sales: 12% commission on total daily sales
