What You'll Do
- Welcome patients with a warm, upbeat energy
- Help patients select frames based on their style, face shape, and lifestyle
- Build genuine relationships that turn first-time visitors into loyal patients
- Upsell premium/designer frames (Tom Ford, Gucci, DITA, Oliver Peoples, Matsuda) and lens upgrades
- Support scheduling, pretesting, and general patient flow when needed
- Stay current on frame trends and new arrivals
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in optical, retail, or patient-facing healthcare roles
- A cheerful, friendly, approachable personality — someone patients feel comfortable with right away
- Comfort and confidence discussing designer brands and style
- Sales-minded — you enjoy helping people say yes to something they'll love
- Bilingual in Cantonese or Mandarin preferred
- Reliable, detail-oriented, great with people
