Responsibilities
- Assist patients in selecting eyewear that suits their prescription, lifestyle, and personal preferences, utilizing retail sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Accurately measure, fit, adjust and dispense eyewear to ensure optimal visual performance and patient comfort.
- Review and verify prescription lenses.
- Educate patients on proper eyewear care, lens options and contact lens use.
- Process optical orders, returns, remakes and warranties in accordance with clinic policies and vendor guidelines.
Experience
- Prior experience working in an optical retail environment or clinic setting is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service, communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
