What are the responsibilities and job description for the Health care receptionist/assistant - part time position at Eye Center in Roseville CA?
Friendly receptionist needed to greet and schedule appointments, answer telephones, enter data into the computer, and collect payments. Needed for 2-4 days/week (4 or 8 hour shifts). Hourly pay plus bonus as listed below.
Must be a people-person (and communicate effectively with professional etiquette), reliable (and respond timely to texts), and demonstrate attention to details (ability to spell names correctly) with the ability to MULTI-TASK GRACEFULLY and are self-motivated to work efficiently on their own with a STRONG WORK ETHIC. Must be willing to submit to a drug test.
Spanish speaker a plus.
