We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist with scanning and organizing patient medical records into our electronic system. This is a temporary part-time position ideal for someone looking for flexible daytime hours.
Responsibilities:
Scan paper charts and upload documents into electronic patient records
Ensure all files are properly labeled and organized
Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently
Basic computer skills (scanning, file management)
Prior office or healthcare experience a plus, but not required
