Eye Care for the Adirondacks is the largest and most comprehensive eye care facility in the North Country of New York State. As a Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role ensuring our patients’ visit begins and ends positively and smoothly. Our office focuses on quality patient care and strives to provide the highest level of customer service. We are looking for a team member who is reliable, has great phone etiquette, and has excellent in person communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Positive interactions with patients
- Answering phones
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Collecting/processing payments
- Greeting/checking in patients
- Going over benefits with patients
- Monitoring patient wait time
Must-have qualification
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Customer Service experience
Preferred qualification
- Experience in healthcare
Schedule: Monday-Friday
