What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Coordinator position at Eye Care Associates?
Patient Coordinator and Optician – Make Great First Impressions
At Eye Care Associates, our mission is simple: Take great care of patients! We want our patients to receive excellent care from their very first phone call to our office, throughout their entire experience, until the moment they leave. That’s why we need an awesome full-time team member to join our staff.
Knowledge of frames, lenses, and contacts is a plus, but certainly not required — we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training to help you succeed. We offer a rewarding future in a fun and energetic work environment and are looking for a long-term addition to our outstanding team.
Our staff is committed to delivering the highest-quality patient care, as well as creating a unique practice environment where you can grow. This position will involve traveling between our Jefferson, Perry and Panora locations, so flexibility and reliability are key.
If you are outgoing and friendly, organized, cool under pressure, and can handle multiple tasks at once, we encourage you to apply!
