We are looking for a front office receptionist for our Medical Spa. We are currently seeking an individual who has customer service and phone experience as well as holds additional certificates/degrees to join our team. We are seeking an individual with an outgoing personality who is dependable, punctual, and has excellent communication skills. The candidate will need to help with either aesthetician work or medical assistant work as well as work in the front.
Job available:
**Have either an Advanced Aesthetician or Medical Assistant degree**
For Aestheticians:
1. Proficient in spa services: Hydrafacial, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Lasers like IPL, Tattoo Removal, Laser Hair Removal, Jet Plasma, Teeth Whitening, CoolSculpt, or similar treatments.
2. Understands laser safety & laser physics.
3. Understands skin types, skin conditions, & skin treatments that are safe and work well together.
4. Having a current suite business or clientele to bring on board is a big plus.
For Medical Assistants:
1. Experienced in IM & SQ injections. Plus, if you can draw blood.
2. Experienced in understanding health conditions, can read health histories, and understand medication interactions.
3. Plus, if you have experience in weight loss, wellness programs, or medical spa services.
Position requirements:
1. Experienced in customer service, sales, educating patients, problem resolutions, and has to be comfortable with selling or upselling.
2. Comfortable with working in the front and back office. This position will involve check-in, check-out, rooming patients, seeing patients, completing paperwork, and charting. You will work throughout the entire office and not just in the back office.
3. Experienced in a cloud-based EMR program. Knowledge of Zenoti is a plus.
*This position offers an hourly wage plus commission for sales of services and products. Upselling bonuses are available. One week of paid time off after 1 year of employment. Health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance are offered after 90 days of employment.
