About the Position:Eye Candy MedSpa and Lash Bar is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk / Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming first impression and supporting daily spa operations. You will be responsible for client check-ins, scheduling, phone and text communication, and assisting with administrative tasks.This is an hourly position, with pay ranging from $16–$18 per hour, based on experience.Weekday availability is required.Our general business hours are 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. Shifts will be scheduled on weekdays.Key Responsibilities:Greet clients warmly and provide an exceptional first impressionCheck clients in and out, collect payments, and manage point-of-sale transactionsSchedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments accuratelyAnswer incoming phone calls, texts, and messages in a professional and timely mannerEducate clients on services, promotions, and membership options when appropriateMaintain accurate client records and update appointment notes in the systemSupport providers and management with daily operational tasksMaintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby areaFollow all company policies related to confidentiality, HIPAA, and office proceduresRequirements:Prior front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable with computers, scheduling software, and payment systemsAbility to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environmentMust be available to work weekdaysReliable transportationProfessional appearance and positive attitudeAbout Eye Candy MedSpa and Lash Bar:Eye Candy MedSpa and Lash Bar is a beauty-focused medical spa offering advanced aesthetic services using the latest technology and techniques.
