Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Franchise Development Manager to exclusively represent our franchise brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and closing franchise sales opportunities from start to finish. This is a dedicated in-house role and not an agency or broker position.
Key requirements to include
- Proven experience selling franchises.
- Experience guiding candidates through the franchise sales process.
- Knowledge of Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs).
- Ability to manage franchise leads and close deals.
- Strong CRM and follow-up skills.
- Existing franchise industry network is a plus.

Compensation
Competitive base salary and commission structure. Total compensation package will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on experience, qualifications, and performance.
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
