Laser Hair Removal Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Laser Hair Removal Technician to join our vibrant skincare and aesthetic team. In this role, you will deliver safe, effective, and personalized laser hair removal treatments to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout each session. Your expertise will help clients achieve smooth, hair-free skin while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism. Duties

• Perform laser hair removal treatments using advanced esthetic laser equipment, ensuring precise targeting of hair follicles for optimal results
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin type, hair growth patterns, and treatment goals
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, addressing any questions or concerns with confidence and clarity
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe, hygienic environment for all clients and staff
• Utilize salon management software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and complementary treatments like body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, or botulinum toxin treatments to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
• Stay current with industry trends, new laser technologies, and best practices through ongoing training and professional development

Experience

• Valid Texas Laser Hair Removal Technician License (issued by the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation – TDLR)
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Completion of an approved laser hair removal training program
• Minimum 1 year experience preferred but not required (new graduates may be considered)
• Knowledge of laser safety protocols, skin types, and hair types
• Ability to perform laser hair removal treatments safely and effectively
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to maintain accurate client treatment records
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motionse

HOURS :

8 hours shifts ( 9:00am-6:00pm) 1 hour lunch from 1:00pm-2:00pm

Tuesday - Saturday

LANGUAGE

Fluent in Spanish is required.
