Eye Candy Aesthetics is growing, and we're looking for the right person to join our team!
We're an established aesthetics salon in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, offering a variety of beauty and skincare services. We take pride in providing exceptional client experiences, maintaining a positive team culture, and helping our team members grow professionally.
We're looking for a motivated, dependable esthetician who is passionate about their craft, enjoys building client relationships, and wants to become part of a team that values quality work and continued education.
What You'll Be Doing
- Performing customized facials and corrective skincare treatments
- Applying and maintaining eyelash extensions
- Providing professional body and facial waxing services
- Performing lash lifts and tints
- Consulting with clients to understand their skincare and beauty goals
- Educating clients on treatment options, aftercare, and recommended products
- Building lasting client relationships and encouraging repeat visits
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
- Participating in ongoing education and team training
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate:
- Holds a current Missouri esthetician or cosmetology license
- Has hands-on experience performing facials, eyelash extensions, waxing, or lash lifts and tints
- Is comfortable working independently with clients in their areas of expertise
- Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service
- Has a positive attitude and works well with others
- Is reliable, professional, and motivated to improve their skills
- Is excited about learning new treatments and techniques
You don't need a certain number of years of experience to be considered. We're more interested in your abilities, professionalism, and willingness to grow.
Not licensed yet?
While we prefer an experienced, licensed esthetician, we're open to considering an exceptional candidate for a structured apprenticeship opportunity that meets Missouri licensing requirements.

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
