The Position
This is a full-time role (40 hours/week) with a consistent schedule:

What you’ll do day-to-day:
- Provide outstanding patient service while fitting, adjusting, and dispensing eyewear
- Recommend frames and lens options confidently, with a balance of function style
- Clearly explain vision insurance benefits so patients feel informed and cared for
- Manage eyewear orders: submit to labs, process claims, track timelines, and ensure accuracy
- Keep patients updated on order status and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure quality, comfort, and patient satisfaction
Leadership opportunities (as you grow):
- Help refine optical workflows for smoother days and better patient outcomes
- Support training/mentoring of newer team members over time
- Serve as a “go-to” person in the optical area—trusted by teammates and patients Take ownership of optical excellence: accuracy, presentation, patient education, follow-through

Qualifications
You’ll thrive here if you have:
- 1 years of experience in optical sales
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a patient-facing setting
- A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Comfort with basic math and accuracy in order entry
- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional presence
- A good eye for style and current frame trends Strong phone etiquette and patient-first communication
