Set Location: 1409 W. Carroll Ave., Chicago, IL.
Your Role as a BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst
You will lead daily case management tasks, including Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision through a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions. You'll provide both direct and indirect ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) intervention, conduct data analysis, evaluations, treatment planning, and essential documentation. Collaboration with families and cross-disciplinary therapists will take place via emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings. You'll foster strong relationships with clients and families through parent training, education, and customized home programs.

What We're Looking For
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master's Degree is required
- 8-hour Supervision Completed
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism is a bonus
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
