Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL. This is a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy, a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs.
What makes this role different? You'll work alongside occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, social workers, educators, RBTs, and other clinicians to support the whole child. We prioritize manageable caseloads and protected clinical time, allowing BCBAs to focus on high-quality care rather than simply volume.

About the Role
As a BCBA at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide ABA therapy to foster each student's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:
- Providing caregiver coaching and support
- Conducting behavioral assessments
- Developing evidence-based individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
- Supervising and mentoring RBTs and ABA students
- Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, social workers, educators, and other members of the multidisciplinary team

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $76,000–$85,000, based on experience and qualifications

What You'll Bring
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Current BCBA certification and good standing with the BACB
- Active Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license through IDFPR
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and/or other neurodevelopmental differences
