BCBA Schedule and Location

Set Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Set Location: 3319 N. Elston Ave., Chicago, IL.

Your Role as a BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst

You will lead daily case management tasks, including Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision. You'll provide both direct and indirect ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) intervention, conduct data analysis, evaluations, treatment planning, and essential documentation. Collaboration with families and cross-disciplinary therapists will take place via emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings. You'll foster strong relationships with clients and families through parent training, education, and customized home programs.

Your work will center around case management and RBT supervision, behavior modification and management, compassionate care and applied behavior science, family and caregiver education, and multi-disciplinary team collaboration.

About Eyas Landing and Merlin Day Academy

At Eyas Landing, we partner with Merlin Day Academy educators to provide exceptional services through a multidisciplinary, intensive therapy and education model. Our programs help children with neuro-diverse learning needs reach their full potential. Together, Eyas Landing and Merlin Day Academy, offer children ages 6-14 an intensive, individualized educational environment that focuses on functional and educational skill-building.

Our highly collaborative team includes specialists in ABA, occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, special education, feeding therapy, and more. Together, we empower students to succeed in both education and everyday life.

What We're Looking For

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Master's Degree is required
  • 8-hour Supervision Completed
  • Experience working with children or individuals with autism is a bonus
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
